TREATMENT:

     Local hemorrhoidal treatment like ointments, cream and pads, which help in soothing the redness, swelling around the anal area, relieve the itching and pain. Sometimes hot water sitz bath give relief in pain and cold sitz bath in bleeding phase of piles. 

    In constipation use laxative, purgatives and lubricants, Regulate bowl moments in the case of diarrhea and dysentery. Use painkiller or local anesthetic medicine for temporary relief. Corticosteroids may reduce inflammation but these should not used for long period. Like this we can control the disease symptomatically.

     There are some therapeutic ways to treat the piles like band therapy , cauterization , cryosurgery ,  ligation method, Injection therapy , surgery etc.  Some homoeopathic and ayurvedic medicines result good in the treatment of piles.
